VOJOS Return & Exchange Policy

At VOJOS, we offer a limited and curated collection, ensuring exclusivity and craftsmanship. Due to this, cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not always possible. However, in the case of a genuine size or fit issue, we will try our best to accommodate an exchange where possible.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit instead of a refund.
• Return/Exchange Request: Must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused, in its original packaging with tags intact.
• How to Request an Exchange: Email us at support@vojos.com or visit our nearest store (if applicable).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags and invoice. Custom or limited edition pieces (like the Indian Heritage Collection) may be non-returnable.

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged or defective item (must report within 48 hours).
  • Sizing or fit issue (for optical frames, if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 5-7 working days after quality check. Please note that there may be a delay depending on bank availability.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
If the refund is still not visible, please contact your bank. Sometimes there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

support@vojos.in

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Damaged product on arrival
