We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including orders with incorrect pricing, incorrect product descriptions, or when Vojos (operated by REDDOKA AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED) finds the abuse of its policies. The color, size, and other variations of the products may appear larger or smaller due to monitor settings and photography techniques.

Cancellation of Orders

If any suspicious or fraudulent orders are detected, we reserve the right to cancel any such past, pending, or future orders without any liability. Prices of products may vary due to market fluctuations, and we reserve the right to adjust them accordingly.

Vojos (operated by REDDOKA AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED) strongly recommends that you read these Terms and Conditions and also review all the information provided on the site in other pages referred to in this document. We are not responsible for any product that is broken or damaged after it has been received and signed by the recipient. We will be held responsible for damaged or lost items during transit.

If any suspicious or fraudulent orders are detected, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will only be applicable for damaged or defective items. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel or return an order, you must email us at info@vojos.in. The return request must be made within 10 days from the delivery date, and the product must be returned to us for inspection. A refund will be issued only after the product has been received back and inspected.

6-Month Warranty
All VOJOS eyewear comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered
* Frame structure defects
* Hinge or fitting issues
* Manufacturing faults

5-Day Replacement
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can request a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions
* Product must be unused and in original condition
* Original invoice is required
* Issue must be reported within 5 days

What’s Not Covered
* Accidental damage (breakage, bending, dropping)
* Scratches on lenses
* Damage due to improper handling or misuse
* Normal wear and tear

Easy Support
To request a warranty claim or replacement, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Post-Warranty Support
Even after the warranty period, we offer paid repair and support services whenever possible.
